We took a little vacation went to Tacoma, looked at sailboat for sale, saw some seals.
Went to Olympia to look at a sailboat for sale, saw a blue heron.
Then on to Poulsbo Washington. Beautiful place.
Next day was to Port Townsend for the Wooden Boat Show.
A ferry ride to Victoria BC. Coast Guard escort, September 11, the ferry stopped for a minute of silence and everyone tossed a flower into the water.
Went to Sydney BC, looked at another sailboat for sale. The water front area was an interesting area.
And the last day was a trip to Butchart Gardens. It was raining out but with a umbrella the 2 hour walk was well worth the visit.
